Duties include skidding pulleys, applying Cosmoline, inspecting pulley and shaft assemblies, reading schedules, prints, and technical standards, performing housekeeping and routine maintenance, and completing related training. The role requires basic blueprint comprehension, accurate measurement, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance in a loud industrial environment.

Machine CNC components to specified dimensions and tolerances, determine setup sequences, select tooling and fixtures, write CNC programs, inspect finished parts, interpret blueprints and technical documents, maintain equipment, and perform housekeeping. The role requires consistent attendance, safe work practices, quality control, basic mathematical ability, and occasional lifting in a loud manufacturing environment.

Operate, set up, and program machine-shop equipment to produce parts and components according to specifications. Assemble, measure, inspect, prepare, skid, and ship products.
