Owns enterprise pricing controls, margin protection, pricing approvals, price increases, rebate support, and special freight agreements. Analyzes orders, quotes, customer profitability, price realization, and margin performance. Maintains pricing data and dashboards, partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Business Analytics, and prepares executive-level pricing recommendations. Requires advanced Excel, Tableau and ERP proficiency, strong financial analysis, commercial judgment, and five or more years of B2B pricing experience.

Operates, sets up, and programs machine-shop equipment including lathes, mills, and band saws. Produces and assembles parts to specifications, verifies measurements, prepares products for shipping, operates forklifts, and performs equipment housekeeping and maintenance. The role requires quality and safety awareness, basic math, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, first-shift, on-site position.

Creates and maintains mechanical CAD drawings, solid models, specifications, tolerances, and technical documentation. Reviews customer and engineering requirements, resolves manufacturing and production issues, processes engineering changes, maintains document-control records, and supports CAD needs across the company. Collaborates with engineering, shop, field, and customer personnel while identifying process improvements and maintaining accuracy, safety, and attendance standards.
