Provides remote technical support for SCADA and EMS systems used in renewable energy operations. Troubleshoots hardware, software, firmware, networking, data acquisition, cloud integrations, and remote-site data flows. Manages customer tickets, prioritizes incidents, coordinates escalations and hardware RMAs, documents resolutions, contributes to knowledge bases, and participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Design and develop leadership and interpersonal-skills learning content as an independent, part-time consultant. Responsibilities include needs analysis, scaffolded microlearning, SCORM/xAPI eLearning, videos, training decks, facilitator guides, assessments, accessibility, stakeholder collaboration, and evaluation focused on behavior change. The consultant will manage deliverables autonomously across a four-to-six-month remote mandate and may facilitate live sessions when available.

Drive discovery, workflow mapping, and AI-embedded workflows; partner with UX, Data Science, Sales, and Engineering to prototype, ship, instrument, and iterate on features to improve time-to-action and operational efficiency for renewable asset operators and analysts.

Manage utility-scale SCADA projects end-to-end from sales through commissioning across regions. Coordinate stakeholders, enforce project plans, timelines, billing, documentation, risk mitigation, change orders, QA, and HSE onsite, while serving as primary client interface.

Own FP&A for the SCADA Delivery business, including annual planning, forecasting, performance analysis, project accounting, profitability reporting, working capital, and margin management. Partner with delivery, sales, procurement, and accounting leaders on project economics, bids, hardware and services profitability, revenue recognition, and operational decisions. Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, data quality, and financial processes across international, multi-currency operations.

Senior IT Specialist responsible for owning EU IT operations and the IAM program: design and operate Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO/MFA/conditional access/PAM, federation integrations, automation (PowerShell/Python), Microsoft 365 and Atlassian administration, endpoint/MDM management, hardware lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, AI tooling governance (Claude), and ensuring compliance with SOC 2/ISO27001/GDPR.

Provide first-line technical support for Power Factors SaaS, triaging and resolving platform, data flow, networking, and SCADA issues; update tickets, create knowledge articles, escalate complex cases, and participate in 24x7 shifts and on-call rotation to maintain customer satisfaction.

Lead design and production deployment of advanced analytics for utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS). Build physics-informed ML and statistical models for SoC/SoH estimation, degradation forecasting, anomaly detection, dispatch optimization, and lifecycle management using large-scale operational data. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to translate operational challenges into scalable, interpretable solutions integrated into the Power Factors platform.

Lead end-to-end implementations of a renewable-energy SaaS platform for utility-scale solar, wind and BESS customers. Serve as domain and technical authority, run discovery workshops, configure platform (KPIs, dashboards, integrations), validate deliverables and data quality, drive UAT and production readiness, mentor team members, and feed product/engineering with field insights.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise renewable-energy customers through onboarding to renewal. Drive retention, NRR, product adoption, executive business reviews, cross-functional alignment, and identify expansion and novation opportunities while providing domain-informed strategic advisory.

Serve as the primary technical contact during sales: gather requirements, design system architectures, prepare technical/commercial proposals, present solutions, manage scope alignment and handoffs, maintain product/pricing databases and CRM entries, and support process improvements and events.
