Partners with external wholesalers to achieve regional goals, supports marketing campaigns and product launches, manages HubSpot CRM data, and develops product expertise while maintaining regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bethesda, Maryland, requiring relocation.

Lead and expand relationships with major broker-dealers, RIAs, wirehouses, TAMPs, and other distribution partners. Develop account plans, drive product placement and model inclusion, negotiate selling agreements, collaborate with wholesalers, present investment products, analyze growth data, track outreach and ROI in HubSpot, and manage onboarding projects in Teamwork. Represents and distributes asset management products to financial advisors across Indiana and Illinois. Builds advisor relationships, conducts sales presentations, develops territory plans with an internal wholesaler, identifies investment needs, manages regional sales goals, and maintains required administrative, CRM, travel, compliance, and continuing education activities.

Build and maintain full-stack features for a fintech portfolio analytics platform. Develop backend services and APIs, create front-end interfaces for portfolio construction and advisor workflows, integrate market and fund data, optimize portfolio simulations, and collaborate with investment strategists, product managers, and business stakeholders. The role is contract-to-hire and fully on-site in Bethesda, Maryland.

Represents and distributes Potomac’s investment products to financial advisors across the Southeast. Builds advisor relationships, conducts presentations, develops territory business plans with internal wholesalers, drives sales, manages CRM and administrative responsibilities, and ensures compliance. Requires securities licenses, investment product expertise, consultative selling ability, territory management skills, and established broker-dealer or RIA relationships.

Represent and distribute Potomac’s investment products across the Northeast, building relationships with independent broker-dealers and RIAs. Conduct advisor meetings and presentations, identify investment needs, provide consultative solutions, and collaborate with an internal wholesaler to achieve regional sales goals. The role also manages territory planning, expenses, CRM updates, compliance, and ongoing advisor relationship development.

Lead advisor-facing growth for Potomac’s Union and Guardrails platforms. Responsibilities include prospecting, advisor discovery, platform demonstrations, solution design, due diligence, training, pipeline management, AUM forecasting, implementation coordination, and launching funded advisor relationships. The role also develops sales enablement materials, gathers field feedback, and recommends platform improvements. Success requires consultative selling, strong TAMP and RIA knowledge, advisor-workflow fluency, and Series 65/66 licensing.
