Teams at Potomac Fund Management, Inc.

Conduct quantitative investment research across liquid markets, develop and backtest systematic strategies, and support portfolio construction and risk management. Build factor, trend, momentum, and risk models; perform portfolio analytics, attribution, scenario analysis, and monitoring; improve research tools and data processes; and communicate findings through investment materials and presentations. Collaborate with portfolio managers and senior investment leaders to evaluate strategies, products, and investment vehicles.

Leads Potomac’s External Sales team by managing KPIs, territories, pipelines, advisor engagement, and revenue performance. Coaches external sales professionals through field travel, prospecting, opportunity management, and sales execution. Oversees CRM standards, reporting, territory rotations, onboarding, and performance accountability while partnering with marketing, revenue operations, portfolio management, compliance, and other teams to drive growth.

The External Wholesaler will grow Potomac’s mutual fund and tactical investment business among independent broker-dealers and RIAs across Florida and Mississippi. Responsibilities include territory sales, advisor relationship management, consultative presentations, travel, business planning with an internal wholesaler, CRM administration, compliance, and achieving regional sales goals.
