Own relationships with a limited portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Responsibilities include proactive account management, issue resolution, onboarding, platform adoption, project coordination, billing and contract oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Success is measured through account health, retention, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Spanish, enterprise relationship experience, strong organization, and CRM proficiency are required.

Manage a diverse customer portfolio, serving as a trusted point of contact focused on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, identify account risks, and support expansion opportunities with Account Management. Maintain organized follow-up and documentation while proactively improving processes in a fast-changing, high-volume SaaS environment.

Own finance operations for the company’s Mexican subsidiary, including the five-day monthly close, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, cash controls, collections, inventory and landed costs, audit readiness, and intercompany accounting with the Canadian parent. Lead a four-person finance team, support SAT audits, monitor installation costs and margins, and advise local and headquarters leadership on financial risks and performance.

Lead accounting and financial operations for the Mexican subsidiary, including reporting, month-end and year-end close, general ledger oversight, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, internal controls, fraud prevention, and process improvement. Partner with Canadian headquarters and Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate revenue and cross-border reporting. Mentor junior accounting staff and support compliance with Mexican standards, SAT requirements, and internal policies.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build and maintain backend services in .NET and Python, design microservices, optimize MySQL, deploy via Docker and Kubernetes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical direction.

Serve as primary HR representative for Mexico: ensure compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law, manage employee relations and investigations, lead full-cycle recruitment, coordinate HR operations and payroll, coach managers, improve HR processes and employee experience, and partner with Canadian HR leadership.

Own a limited portfolio of enterprise accounts across North America, focusing on proactive relationship management, issue resolution, onboarding, value delivery, cross-functional coordination, project management, and financial/contract oversight to ensure account health, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and support web applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular, ensuring system quality through testing, code reviews, and architecture standards. Collaborate across teams and manage deployments, while engaging with clients when necessary.
