Drive U.S. channel partner revenue by building executive and field relationships, executing enablement and joint business plans, recruiting partners, managing pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce, coordinating cross-functional resources, and meeting partner-sourced revenue targets.

Sell Portnox cloud-native zero trust network and endpoint security solutions to new commercial customers. Own full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to closing and handoff, generate outbound pipeline, deliver product demos and presentations, track opportunities in Salesforce, and meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Azure-based cloud infrastructure (AKS, VMs, Functions). Implement IaC (Terraform, ARM), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring/observability, and security best practices. Collaborate with development teams to automate operations, support incident response, and optimize availability and scalability.

Own the customer lifecycle for large strategic accounts: lead onboarding, drive adoption and retention, manage technical project onboarding, surface expansion opportunities, maintain health scores and reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CX processes.
