Lead customer deployments of cloud-native network access control solutions from post-sales handoff through production rollout and support transition. Responsibilities include discovery, implementation planning, technical leadership, troubleshooting with logs and packet captures, pilot and phased deployments, escalation management, administrator training, documentation, and handoff. The role requires networking expertise across TCP/IP, identity, endpoint management, certificates, wireless, 802.1X, RADIUS, and access policies, plus strong customer communication, organization, and independent product learning.

Coordinate customer onboarding projects from handoff through completion by organizing kickoffs, tracking milestones, owners, blockers, and deadlines. Follow up with customers and internal teams, maintain paused-project records, escalate ownership or capacity issues, produce weekly status reports, and improve onboarding processes, templates, checklists, and reminders.
