Success includes quantifying risks, establishing a roadmap, improving data quality, enabling merchant self-service, and making compliance a commercial differentiator.

Supports Finance in a 3PL environment by verifying carrier invoices, reconciling discrepancies, processing carrier rate data, and analyzing gross margins. The role provides pricing and cost-optimization insights, supports ad hoc data requests, and prepares finance reports. It requires an AI-first approach using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate analysis while validating outputs against source data. Responsibilities also include prompt development, reusable AI workflows, audit-ready Excel workbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports Finance data operations through logistics billing reconciliation, customer pricing data preparation, data quality validation, reporting, and basic transformations. Assists with BigQuery data loading, SQL queries, workflow automation, documentation, and source-data verification. Uses AI coding assistants and LLM tools to develop and debug SQL and Python, create prompts, and support recurring data tasks. Requires strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, foundational SQL and Python skills, and willingness to grow technically.

Own and execute the product roadmap for a global logistics platform serving SMB and enterprise merchants. Responsibilities include prioritizing the backlog, leading product discovery, translating customer needs into features, supporting sales and solutions, coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, and managing B2B integrations and operational requirements.

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and production-ready applications for B2B logistics products. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, deliver features, resolve production issues, and optimize system performance. The role primarily uses Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript and involves relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and remote collaboration.

Owns operational execution for priority merchant accounts across China and U.S. fulfillment centers. Coordinates leadership, warehouse teams, customer success, product, and engineering; prioritizes workloads, allocates resources, maintains SOPs and SLAs, manages Jira queues, analyzes throughput and KPIs, and mentors junior staff. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, 3PL fulfillment expertise, bonded and non-bonded warehouse knowledge, and leadership during peak seasons.

Build outbound pipeline by prospecting and qualifying DTC ecommerce brands via multi-channel outreach. Research accounts, book qualified meetings, partner with AEs on account strategy, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and iterate on messaging to meet monthly pipeline targets.
