Lead the development of software solutions for a logistics platform, overseeing technical strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Lead execution and day-to-day operations for a globally distributed engineering team (~10 engineers). Own sprint commitments, release cycles, incident management/on-call, asynchronous processes, and delivery metrics (DORA). Champion AI-augmented development, mentor engineers, and balance planned roadmap work with reactive bug triage to maintain high velocity and uptime.
