Leads PGE’s Project Controls Scheduling team, overseeing scheduling standards, methodologies, tools, metrics, risk management, compliance, and recovery activities for major generation, transmission, distribution, and facility projects. Manages staff, resource planning, professional development, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and enterprise-wide scheduling controls. Partners with project and program managers to improve schedule performance and ensure construction projects meet regulatory and organizational requirements.

Leads the GIS data management function, supervising analysts, technicians, and contractors responsible for mapping, data maintenance, and QA/QC. Establishes geospatial data quality metrics, dashboards, SLAs, and corrective actions; manages workflows, process improvements, vendors, budgets, staffing, and professional development. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain enterprise GIS data integrity and support utility operations.

Manages high-volume contractor and vendor invoices, purchase orders, change orders, accruals, payment issues, and financial transactions. Prepares spending, accrual, and invoice reports; supports budgeting and financial close activities; coordinates with contractors, vendors, AP, Accounting, Supply Chain, and IT. Maintains financial systems and records, provides operational purchasing support, and improves invoice and payment processes.

Lead tax strategy and compliance for a utility, including renewable energy tax credit qualification, ASC 740 tax provision preparation, multi-jurisdictional tax return compliance, technical research on legislation, advising stakeholders, managing audits, and partnering with finance and systems teams to ensure accurate tax data and reporting.
