Develops, tests, and supports Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions. Implements SailPoint IIQ, lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver), access certifications, SSO integrations, and Java/JavaScript code. Handles incident/problem management, systems design, integration, and application support; may lead technical work and mentor colleagues.

The Counsel II role involves providing legal guidance on employment issues, managing litigation, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with laws, particularly in the energy sector.

Support full contract lifecycle for energy trading and settlements: draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and manage NDAs, MSAs, SOWs. Identify and mitigate contractual and financial risk, ensure regulatory and SOX compliance, maintain contract policies and scoring matrices, support audits, and improve data management and reporting. Partner with trading, legal, procurement, finance, and risk teams.
