Provide administrative and documentation support to project delivery teams: maintain records, prepare Method Statements/Risk Assessments, track budgets, process reports and quotations, coordinate suppliers and site visits, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Drive sales and order-winning activities by promoting Portakabin products, preparing quotations, managing commercial administration, maintaining customer and stock records, chasing payments, supporting business development campaigns, and collaborating across teams to meet order targets and SLAs.

Manage material requirements planning and order scheduling via the ERP to support building fit-out production. Collate stakeholder data, produce schedules, drive process and ERP improvements, resolve material quality issues, and support continuous improvement to minimise inventory while meeting KPIs.

Lead and deliver HSE strategic projects to reduce accidents and incidents across construction operations. Coordinate HSE actions, deliver training and communications, assess infrastructure and processes, provide data-driven insights, support incident root-cause analysis, ensure compliance with standards and audits, and embed company HSE goals into daily operations to achieve Zero Harm milestones.

Provide commercial and administrative support to drive order-winning activities, prepare quotations, maintain customer and stock records, chase payments, run business development campaigns, and support onboarding and cross-team collaboration to meet sales targets and SLAs.

Supervise and support fit-out operatives to complete refurbishment, installation, dismantling and maintenance work safely, on time and within budget. Plan daily resources, maintain SAP records and tool control, apply RAMS and health & safety standards, attend planning meetings, support customer relationships, and assist hands-on when required.
