Management Accountant responsible for monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, variance investigation, financial analysis, and finance projects. The role supports operational and project teams with cost control and margin monitoring, liaises with auditors, and provides guidance on financial controls. This is a six-month fixed-term position based in York.

Manage the group’s tax affairs across multiple jurisdictions, covering corporation tax, VAT, and employment taxes. Ensure accurate and timely compliance, provide tax advice on business activities and projects, manage external advisors, and support tax-related projects. The role also involves improving tax processes, controls, efficiencies, and automation while partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders.

Manage delivery of allocated projects across the Southern region, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget installations. Plan installations/dismantles, control costs, manage contractors, identify and mitigate risks, maintain project documentation and stakeholder reporting, and ensure compliance with health, safety and CDM regulations.

The Health and Safety Advisor will manage day-to-day HSE compliance, lead accident and near-miss investigations, ensure corrective actions are completed, conduct site audits and risk assessments, reinforce safety procedures, and maintain accurate HSE documentation. The role also involves analyzing and presenting data, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting regulatory compliance across operations.

Plans metal fabrication projects by creating manufacturing instructions, method sheets, cutting lists, drawings, timesheets, and technical data. Programs CNC machinery, orders materials through an ERP system, coordinates with stakeholders, meets production deadlines and KPIs, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires fabrication or welding knowledge, technical information analysis, strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Lead and deliver HSE strategic projects to reduce accidents and incidents across construction operations. Coordinate HSE actions, deliver training and communications, assess infrastructure and processes, provide data-driven insights, support incident root-cause analysis, ensure compliance with standards and audits, and embed company HSE goals into daily operations to achieve Zero Harm milestones.

Support the sales team in York by qualifying leads, managing CRM records, preparing quotations for low-value SMB opportunities, executing telesales/business development campaigns, negotiating orders, and coordinating cross-team activity to meet order and margin targets while prioritizing customer service.
