Provides direct nursing care to hospital patients while coordinating unit workflow, staffing, patient transfers, interdisciplinary rounds, and care plans. Monitors safety, quality, and compliance; communicates with physicians, families, and support services; resolves concerns; maintains clinical competency; supports staff development; and helps ensure effective patient-centered care.

Operates and maintains diagnostic imaging equipment to produce images for patient diagnosis and treatment. The role requires ARRT certification or progress toward certification, Basic Life Support credentials, patient confidentiality, and availability for on-call, night, weekend, and holiday coverage. Physical demands include prolonged standing or walking, heavy lifting, and repetitive hand and wrist movements.

Provides safe, efficient nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting, with opportunities for training in the ER and Labor and Delivery. Communicates patient status and care plans with families, nurses, supervisors, and medical staff; maintains professionalism, timeliness, accurate documentation, and compliance with facility policies and South Dakota nursing regulations. The role requires physical mobility, patient lifting and repositioning, and current nursing certifications.

Provides direct acute-care nursing to hospital and emergency department patients. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, treatment administration, patient education, documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, emergency response, advocacy, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires a South Dakota RN license or RN applicant status, current BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications, physical screening, effective communication, computerized health information systems experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows. EPIC experience is preferred.

Processes vendor invoices and payments, resolves discrepancies, records ACH/EFT payments, payroll, petty cash, and general ledger entries. Supports month-end reconciliations, freight accruals, use tax, fixed assets, depreciation, and accrual tracking. Assists with year-end reporting, 1099 preparation, audits, forecasting, and budgeting. Maintains accurate confidential records and responds to vendor inquiries.

Leads sustainable Native tourism programs, events, grants, tours, and community initiatives across South Dakota. Manages project logistics, budgets, metrics, grant compliance, administration, and stakeholder communications. Builds relationships with Tribal Nations, tourism agencies, businesses, and grassroots partners; supports marketing, public relations, newsletters, social media, website updates, and organizational representation. Requires culturally grounded engagement, independent prioritization, strong communication, and travel throughout South Dakota.
