Prepare and cook Continental cuisine across Commi levels, assist with ingredient preparation and kitchen operations, maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and workstation organization, and support senior kitchen staff. Commi 1 team members guide junior staff, while Commi 2 and 3 roles focus on preparation, cleaning, learning, and developing culinary techniques. Requires teamwork, flexibility for shifts and holidays, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Provides restaurant service while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and well-groomed appearance. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos, reels, and visual content for three food brands and their founders’ personal branding. Manage post-production, including sound, color correction, text overlays, transitions, file organization, and delivery. Collaborate with marketing to execute creative concepts and maintain brand consistency. Capture content at outlets, including food, ambience, events, and behind-the-scenes footage, while staying current with social media trends and meeting tight deadlines.
