Engage warm marketing leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Progress into outbound prospecting, serve as the first customer contact, maintain accurate CRM records, contribute to pipeline growth, and collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging and content. The role is fully remote and suited to an early-career, coachable sales professional motivated by performance-based compensation.

Manage B2B SaaS customer accounts by driving renewals, retention, net revenue retention, and expansion revenue. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor customer health and adoption, negotiate contracts, and mitigate churn risks. Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers while maintaining product expertise and analyzing customer data to support account growth.

Design end-to-end experiences across Popl’s web dashboard and mobile app. Build and maintain component libraries, strengthen design operations, establish design QA practices, simplify complex B2B workflows, conduct user research, and advocate for product and design excellence. The role requires close collaboration with product and engineering leadership, strong product judgment, clear communication, and independent ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers through onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, training, business reviews, renewals, and expansions. Act as customer advocate, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, standardize CS processes, and drive gross revenue retention and product usage.

Build, scale, and maintain Popl's backend services: write backend code, support and document APIs, monitor logs, resolve issues, make infrastructure decisions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and performant systems.
