Provide business analysis for strategic and operational change across Polo Works, focusing on data, systems, and process improvements. Capture and document requirements, map data flows, develop data dictionaries and reporting needs, support delivery teams, assist UAT and testing, run workshops, evaluate vendors, and contribute to process optimisation and project risk tracking.

The Risk Actuary provides actuarial insights across risk areas, supporting modelling, capital adequacy assessments, and regulatory compliance while engaging with stakeholders to translate insights into decisions.

The Delegated Authority Analyst coordinates due diligence processes, manages audits, liaises with stakeholders, and prepares reports in the insurance market.

Lead delivery and oversight of the underwriting oversight framework across a portfolio of syndicates. Monitor syndicate performance against business plans, coordinate corrective actions, manage SBF and mid-year changes, maintain records and compliance with Lloyd's principles, and produce committee packs and MI for governance meetings.

The Syndicate Accountant manages financial processes for allocated syndicates, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders, while maintaining high service standards.

The Finance Operations Accountant will link the Finance and Data teams, ensuring accurate financial data, supporting syndicate reporting, and improving processes and controls while utilizing AI in data management.

The PMO Analyst drives PMO quality and consistency across syndicates and programmes by analysing RAID portfolios, tracking dependencies and change, producing KPI dashboards, supporting PMO tools and running capability workshops. Works with Senior PMO Analyst on governance frameworks, risk/issue escalation, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to support programme decision-making.

The Insurance Specialist processes London Market Insurance data, calculates transactions, manages queries, delivers training, and maintains documentation while supporting team objectives and client relationships.
