The Risk Manager will enhance the risk management framework, perform risk assessments, conduct risk analysis, and support project oversight within the agency.

Prepare, review and enhance Lloyd's and regulatory financial returns for multiple syndicates; ensure compliance, timeliness and data accuracy; liaise with Lloyd's, auditors and stakeholders; maintain controls and audit trails; drive automation and data quality improvements; produce management and ad hoc reports.

Manage and oversee the end-to-end outwards reinsurance cycle for managed syndicates, providing client liaison, oversight, regulatory reporting, governance, and BAU support. Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance and external providers, produce committee papers, support regulatory and audit interactions, and contribute to process improvements, system changes and syndicate onboarding while ensuring compliance with Lloyd's, PRA and professional actuarial standards.

Lead underwriting governance and onboarding for new syndicates, maintain underwriting policies, conduct file reviews, manage exception reporting and corrective actions, support regulatory returns and committee reporting, and ensure compliance with Lloyd's Principles and statutory obligations.

Lead QA activities for underwriting operations, conducting quality reviews, audits and root-cause analysis. Identify trends, risks and control weaknesses, produce quality reporting, support corrective actions, coach colleagues, and drive continuous improvement to ensure accurate, compliant delivery for London Market insurance clients.

The Insurance Administrator will support the processing and analysis of London Market Insurance underwriting data, ensuring accuracy and collaboration with teams to meet performance targets.

Supports information security governance, risk, compliance, ISO 27001, DORA, and operational resilience activities. The role conducts security and AI risk assessments, manages controls and audit evidence, supports third-party assessments, administers Microsoft Defender and Purview, investigates alerts, contributes to incident response, and helps govern responsible AI adoption. It also delivers security awareness and phishing simulation activities while producing risk, compliance, and training metrics for stakeholders.

Support design, implementation and maintenance of the Operational Resilience and third-party risk frameworks to meet FCA/PRA and Lloyd's requirements. Identify and map Important Business Services and dependencies, track vulnerabilities and remedial actions, support scenario testing, maintain compliance evidence and documentation, contribute to regulatory responses and audits, and assist onboarding of syndicates and oversight of critical third parties.

Provide professional accounting services to clients including maintenance and reconciliation of ledgers, preparation of management and statutory accounts, journals, payments, payroll processing, liaising with auditors/regulators, ensuring controls and compliance, assisting audits, and supporting team development and ad-hoc projects.

Support the Head of Compliance Oversight in delivering Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Develop and monitor frameworks, produce compliance reporting and MI, analyse complaints and conduct data, provide guidance to business areas, coordinate Lloyd's processes, support monitoring and assurance, and maintain regulatory awareness while building stakeholder relationships.

Lead delivery and oversight of the underwriting oversight framework across a portfolio of syndicates. Monitor syndicate performance against business plans, coordinate corrective actions, manage SBF and mid-year changes, maintain records and compliance with Lloyd's principles, and produce committee packs and MI for governance meetings.

Manage client treasury operations including payment processing, bank relationship management, cashbook administration, reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, month-end treasury reporting, controls and procedure maintenance, regulatory change implementation, continuous improvement, and support for audits while delivering excellent client service.

Support the Head of Compliance Oversight in delivering Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Develop and monitor frameworks, analyse complaints and MI, prepare committee and board reporting, coordinate Lloyd's attestation, advise business areas, support monitoring and assurance activities, and maintain regulatory awareness. Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to regulatory change, projects and process improvements to ensure good customer outcomes and a strong conduct culture.

Support the Head of Exposure Management to implement and operate PoloManaging Agency's exposure management framework across syndicates. Manage catastrophe and non-catastrophe exposure processes, produce regulatory and committee reporting, assist with Lloyd's exposure filings and PBO compliance, validate and manage cat view of risk, and drive continual improvements and digital solutions for exposure management.

Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot integrations and data issues, support business processes, assist governance and compliance, create user documentation, recommend process improvements, and contribute to delivery of new solutions and transformation projects.

Provide Tier 2 support and administration for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot integrations and data issues, support business processes, assist governance and compliance, produce user documentation, recommend improvements, and contribute to projects and platform enhancements.
