Supports PMO operations for insurance syndicates by maintaining trackers, validating data, coordinating reporting cycles, managing SharePoint documentation, supporting onboarding, and administering governance meetings. The role identifies data gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and reporting issues while assisting with PMO tools and change activities. It requires strong Excel skills, project documentation experience, and familiarity with PMO processes, RAID management, and management information reporting.

Provides accounting and financial reporting services for client portfolios, including ledger reconciliation, management and statutory accounts, journals, payments, cash monitoring, payroll, regulatory returns, audits, and compliance controls. The role involves liaising with clients, auditors, and regulators, implementing regulatory changes, resolving financial issues, and supporting recruitment and team development.

Manage day-to-day finance activities for allocated Lloyd’s syndicates, including financial close, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, Lloyd’s and Solvency UK regulatory returns, overseas reporting, annual accounts, management information, internal controls, and auditor liaison. The role also involves reviewing outsourced bookkeeping, supporting systems improvements and syndicate launches, responding to stakeholders, and contributing to robust client service.
