The role requires expertise in mechanical assemblies, injection-molded plastics, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, CAD, PLM, manufacturing processes, validation, and structured problem-solving methods.

Supports released Polaroid products in mass production through sustaining mechanical engineering, ECR/ECN execution, cost reduction, quality issue resolution, manufacturability improvements, and production productivity initiatives. Responsibilities include mechanical design improvements, root cause analysis, tooling and fixture support, supplier collaboration, validation, documentation updates, and applying DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, Lean, PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and 8D methods.

Lead Polaroid’s commercial strategy and business growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Manage distributors, key retailers, strategic accounts, negotiations, forecasts, pricing, margins, trade marketing, retail execution, and market development. Represent the DACH market within the European organization while collaborating with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams. Develop local team members, strengthen brand presence, deliver revenue and profit objectives, and identify new commercial opportunities.

Drive sales growth and market development across APAC, particularly Japan and Australia, while expanding emerging markets. Manage distributors, retailers, and commercial partners; develop regional sales strategies; analyze market and customer insights; conduct business reviews; improve partner performance; and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance on commercial initiatives.

Supports and improves released Polaroid products in mass production through electrical and electronics engineering, ECR/ECN execution, cost reduction, quality issue resolution, manufacturability improvements, and production productivity initiatives. Investigates production, supplier, and field issues; supports testing, failure analysis, component substitutions, documentation control, validation, and supplier collaboration.

Lead HR business partnering across Asia for approximately 150 employees. Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent retention, employee relations, local labor compliance, compensation, policies, culture, onboarding, and employee experience. Partner with headquarters Talent Acquisition to shape APAC hiring strategy, execute recruitment, build talent pipelines, and strengthen the employer brand. This senior individual contributor role combines strategic influence with hands-on HR delivery.

Investigates electrical and supplier issues, improves diagnostics and testability, supports component substitutions and manufacturing tests, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and product development teams.

Leads cross-functional product development programs from planning through realization, managing schedules, resources, costs, quality, regulatory compliance, safety, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partners with product management, industrial design, engineering teams, operations, and external vendors across international locations. Improves development processes, evaluates business cases, secures resources, and ensures project deliverables meet organizational and product objectives.
