Supports and improves released Polaroid products in mass production through electrical and electronics engineering, ECR/ECN execution, cost reduction, quality issue resolution, manufacturability improvements, and production productivity initiatives. Investigates production, supplier, and field issues; supports testing, failure analysis, component substitutions, documentation control, validation, and supplier collaboration.

Lead HR business partnering across Asia for approximately 150 employees. Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent retention, employee relations, local labor compliance, compensation, policies, culture, onboarding, and employee experience. Partner with headquarters Talent Acquisition to shape APAC hiring strategy, execute recruitment, build talent pipelines, and strengthen the employer brand. This senior individual contributor role combines strategic influence with hands-on HR delivery.

Provide corporate and commercial legal support across Polaroid’s international group. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on corporate, employment, procurement, R&D, product, and supply-chain matters; coordinate governance activities; support transactions and disputes; maintain legal templates and policies; and deliver employee legal training.
