Supports the design, launch, and operationalization of healthcare business lines, specialty pharmacy programs, and technology initiatives. Coordinates Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and external partners; manages milestones, risks, financial tracking, requirements, testing, training, documentation, and transition activities. The role also supports system implementations, workflow automation, reporting, operating model development, and program improvement efforts.

Serves as the primary contact for long-term care and assisted living facility customers. Builds customer relationships, provides training on pharmacy programs and technology, identifies and resolves issues, ensures regulatory compliance, and performs medication cart, medication room, and cycle fill audits. Requires strong organization, computer skills, basic math, pharmacy or medication-related credentials, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Serves as the primary contact for long-term care and assisted living pharmacy customers. Builds facility relationships, conducts customer training, educates users on pharmacy programs and technology, identifies issues, and performs medication cart, medication room, and cycle-fill audits. Requires strong organization, basic math and computer skills, flexibility across shifts, light lifting, a high school diploma, and a state-required pharmacy technician license, certification, or medication technician certificate.
