Responsibilities include third-party claims, FFS and PPS billing, census balancing, insurance and Medicaid verification, adjudication, account audits, reports, statements, and customer billing inquiries. The role requires maintaining accurate account balances, entering charges in Framework LTC, following HIPAA and government regulations, and supporting changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Drive adoption of oncology specialty pharmacy products across the NYC/NJ territory. Build relationships with oncology stakeholders, educate providers on clinical data and therapies, coordinate with specialty pharmacies and reimbursement teams, analyze territory trends, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliant promotional activity. The role requires pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience, oncology knowledge, quota achievement, clinical communication skills, and travel throughout the assigned territory.

Serves as the primary customer contact for long-term care pharmacy clients, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Builds facility relationships, provides training on pharmacy programs and technology, identifies and resolves issues, ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and conducts medication cart, medication room, and cycle-fill audits. Requires strong organization, basic math and computer skills, flexibility for varied shifts, light lifting, and a high school diploma. State-required pharmacy technician or medication technician certification is required.
