Assist licensed pharmacists with prescription preparation, medication packaging and labeling, controlled substance handling and inventory, sterile IV compounding (if applicable), receiving verbal orders, documenting communications, maintaining resident medical records, responding to drug-related questions, and providing evening/weekend/holiday coverage while following HIPAA, DEA, state, and company policies.

Drive adoption of oncology specialty pharmacy products by building relationships with oncologists, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies. Execute territory plans, educate providers on clinical data, collaborate with access and reimbursement teams, manage CRM records, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the company at medical meetings to improve patient access and therapy initiation.

Manage and resolve rejected pharmacy claims to ensure timely billing and maximum payer reimbursement. Review claims, verify documentation, calculate benefit payments, coordinate with providers and payers, negotiate settlements, complete payer paperwork, and support team training while maintaining compliance and customer service.
