Provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for patients using complex specialty medications. Reviews prescriptions, counsels patients, conducts medication assessments, monitors safety and effectiveness, supports adherence and medication access, coordinates with providers and payers, documents care, manages adverse events, and contributes to clinical programs, accreditation, education, and regulatory compliance.

Serves as the primary contact for long-term care and assisted living pharmacy customers. Builds facility relationships, trains customers on pharmacy programs and technology, identifies and resolves service issues, ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and conducts medication cart, medication room, and cycle-fill audits. Requires flexibility for varying shifts, light lifting, and occasional extended hours.

Drive sales growth and market share for specialty pharmacy services, focusing on IVIG, SCIG, biologics, and specialty medications. Develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, identify new business opportunities, deliver presentations, monitor sales performance, conduct market research, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires residence in Colorado and occasional travel to Wyoming and Utah.
