Test consumer-facing digital ordering experiences across web, iOS, and Android. Validate pizza builder UX, loyalty and rewards mechanics, real-time order tracking, promotional and personalization logic, marketing analytics tagging, messaging, and payment wallet integrations. Perform cross-device testing and mobile proxy debugging while ensuring reliable customer journeys across ordering, checkout, promotions, and loyalty features.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI solutions and agents using Python or .NET on Azure. Implement RAG pipelines, semantic search and vector DBs, work with large-scale data (Databricks/SQL), evaluate model performance, and collaborate with engineers and analysts to productionize experiments.

The role involves testing enterprise applications, creating test plans, analyzing bugs, and recommending software improvements. Requires strong automation and CI tools experience.
