Provide leadership and oversight of special education services, ensuring IDEA and Section 504 compliance. Chair and facilitate IEP/504 meetings, manage documentation and timelines, coordinate services and schedules, train and coach staff, support families, respond to student crises, and build partnerships with school administration and community stakeholders to ensure appropriate programming and accommodations for students with disabilities.

Deliver and consult on Adapted Physical Education programs aligned to IEPs, assess and document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, write reports, attend events, and pursue ongoing professional development. Maintain records and collaborate with parents and school staff.

Build and own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts nationwide: partner with recruiters and hiring leaders, design and execute sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines using recruiting tools and social media, drive outreach campaigns, and track recruiting metrics to improve processes.

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations; develop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans; provide crisis support and staff training; maintain confidential records and reports; participate in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with families, educators, and outside agencies.

Provide direct and consultative orientation and mobility services to students with visual impairments in school and/or home settings. Assess mobility needs, develop individualized O&M goals and plans, teach travel skills and use of mobility devices, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEPs, maintain documentation, and train staff and families to support student independence.

Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition to manage and analyze recruiting and HR data. Build and distribute recruitment dashboards, audit data integrity, create Workday queries and ad hoc visualizations, identify hiring bottlenecks, and present insights to leadership while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets, design and execute recruiting strategies, improve processes using data-driven insights, ensure positive candidate experience, and adapt to evolving business needs. Coach recruiters, manage stakeholder communication, and use ATS/HCM and sourcing tools to analyze metrics and optimize talent acquisition.

Execute end-to-end recruiting for education roles: develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, screen and interview candidates, advise hiring managers with data-driven insights, track metrics, and lead employer branding and process-improvement initiatives to meet recruitment goals.

Provide state-mandated vision, color vision, and hearing screenings; complete health and development evaluations for Special Education referrals; join Student Study/IEP/504 teams; develop Individualized Health Support Plans and Emergency Care Plans; coordinate follow-up care and case manage students with specialized health needs; maintain records and comply with federal, state, and local student health regulations.

Lead a special education classroom: develop and implement IEPs, adapt curriculum, manage PBIS behavior systems, supervise paraprofessionals, conduct assessments, track progress, collaborate with families and providers, and support assistive technology use.

Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on HR operations, compliance, employee relations, HRIS administration, multi-state regulatory requirements, investigations, audits, benefits/leave intake, and process improvement to ensure consistent, compliant practices and positive employee experience.

Support onboarding and HR operations by coordinating offer letters, pre-employment checks, maintaining HRIS/ATS records, responding to new-hire questions, reporting recruiting/onboarding data, and assisting HR projects while protecting confidential information.

Provide comprehensive psychological services in a charter school: conduct evaluations, support IEPs and 504 plans, offer crisis intervention and staff training, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain confidential documentation to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Provide comprehensive school-based psychological services for K–12 students including psychoeducational evaluations, report writing per IDEA/TEA, participation in ARD/IEP meetings, consultation with teachers and families, development/monitoring of FBAs and BIPs, crisis response, and accurate documentation to support special education eligibility and student outcomes.
