Builds and operates secure Azure and Microsoft infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include Azure resource governance, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, monitoring, infrastructure as code, cost management, security controls, vulnerability remediation, incident-response support, backup and disaster recovery, documentation, and Tier 3 escalation. Partners with application and AI teams to prepare workloads for reliable production operation without developing applications or AI models.

Coordinates onboarding, company-wide training, learning materials, training logistics, assessments, LMS administration, employee recognition programs, and SOP/document control. Maintains training calendars and documentation, tracks compliance and attendance, supports performance reviews and surveys, edits training recordings, manages recognition communications, and assists with continuous improvement and AI platform development.

Supports In-House Counsel on construction-related legal and insurance risk tasks, including contract review and drafting, COI tracking, claims intake and documentation, legal research, compliance monitoring, and coordination with brokers, subcontractors, and project teams to mitigate risk.
