Teams at Pogue Construction

Deliver BIM/VDC coordination, reality capture, and model-based workflows across project phases. Lead clash detection, federate models, perform QA/QC, produce 4D phasing and simulations, run scan-to-BIM and drone/laser-scan workflows, and train/mentor teams to integrate VDC into construction operations.

Support project management by managing submittals, RFIs, document control, scheduling meetings, updating drawings with BlueBeam/CMiC, assisting pay applications, coordinating subcontractors and deliveries, and completing project closeout and punchlists.

Oversee daily management of assigned construction projects including pre-construction participation, monitoring progress, subcontractor performance, costs, and schedules. Lead OAC meetings, review RFIs/submittals, prepare monthly billings and financial reports, negotiate contracts, support project closeout, train/mentor junior staff, and maintain owner/architect relationships and contract knowledge.
