Deliver BIM/VDC coordination, reality capture, and model-based workflows across project phases. Lead clash detection, federate models, perform QA/QC, produce 4D phasing and simulations, run scan-to-BIM and drone/laser-scan workflows, and train/mentor teams to integrate VDC into construction operations.

Lead company scheduling strategy and oversight for complex construction projects (especially K-12). Develop/approve baselines, audit schedules, identify risks, lead recovery/claims analyses, produce schedule reporting, mentor schedulers and project teams, maintain standards/templates, and coordinate with leadership, subcontractors, and owners to ensure contract and district milestone compliance.

Manage daily oversight of assigned construction projects including pre-construction, subcontractor performance, budgets, schedules, RFIs/submittals, monthly billings, OAC meetings, closeout, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring owner and architect expectations are met.
