Supports lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, renewal, and win-back stages. Builds email nurture programs, coordinates content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and customer education, and manages editorial calendars. Reviews communications for accuracy and brand consistency, tracks customer engagement and feedback, supports public relations activities, and prepares campaign performance reports. Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Supervise a territory and team of pest control technicians, providing field coaching, training, customer support, sales growth, and safety leadership. Manage large-account setups, review route productivity, monitor labor and vehicle costs, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires outdoor and indoor field work, extended hours, occasional weekends, a valid driver’s license, pest control licensing eligibility, and successful completion of physical, drug, background, and motor vehicle checks.
