Maintain accurate accounting records, prepare and post journal entries, support month-end close, reconcile accounts, manage fixed assets and inventory accounting, assist with audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting while collaborating with payroll, HR, and operations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting; build and maintain financial models; perform variance and scenario analysis; partner with operations, sales, and marketing to analyze drivers; maintain Excel models and BI dashboards; extract and analyze ERP data; automate reporting and leverage AI tools to improve forecasting and reporting.

Manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships for materials, equipment, chemicals, and services. Negotiate contracts, issue purchase orders, monitor inventory and supplier performance, ensure regulatory compliance for pesticides and chemicals, reconcile invoices, support budgeting, and maintain procurement records in ERP/inventory systems.
