Teams at Plunkett's Pest Control, Inc.

Leads company-wide technical training, field capability, and technical services strategy. Develops scalable learning programs, competency frameworks, coaching systems, and expertise-transfer processes for technicians, supervisors, and operations leaders. Oversees training and technical teams, supports complex pest management accounts, measures program effectiveness, and partners with Operations, HR, industry organizations, and manufacturers to strengthen workforce capability and service quality.

Provides administrative and logistical support for technical and training programs. Coordinates schedules, registrations, venues, materials, communications, attendance, certification events, and LMS records. Maintains training databases, documentation, and completion records; compiles participation and effectiveness metrics; supports reporting, onboarding, project coordination, and stakeholder communications. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, renewal, and win-back stages. Builds email nurture programs, coordinates content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and customer education, and manages editorial calendars. Reviews communications for accuracy and brand consistency, tracks customer engagement and feedback, supports public relations activities, and prepares campaign performance reports. Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
