Lead delivery and continuous improvement of accelerator programmes and Venture Clienting. Manage PMO activities, track deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction, coordinate events and communications, build ecosystem relationships, and support startups-corporate matchmaking while driving programme metrics and quality.

Evaluate early-stage Enterprise AI startups through technical and market diligence, develop investment theses, engage corporate partners to validate needs, run architecture and scalability reviews, produce research and memos, and support sourcing, introductions, and thought leadership.

Manage and grow corporate partnership pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and tracking leads; research prospects; create presentations and proposals; support business development and sales initiatives; maintain industry knowledge and contact data; collaborate with global sales teams to drive revenue and improve sales tactics.

Execute Plug and Play's innovation programs: scout and evaluate startups, perform market and trend analysis, support regional investments and due diligence, manage client matchmaking and event logistics, and mentor junior team members to drive measurable outcomes.

Lead Plug and Play’s Finland hub: build partner networks, drive business development and financial performance, execute local strategy, oversee regional portfolio companies, represent the brand, grow and mentor the local team, and ensure partner satisfaction and reporting.

Lead Plug and Play Princeton’s accelerator: sell and manage corporate partnerships and P&L, design and run a 12-week curriculum, match and mentor startups, run events and branding, maintain partner relationships, and report to funding stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate startup accelerator and industry programs, manage logistics and events, support startups with mentorship and resources, maintain program databases and reports, and drive community and marketing efforts to increase program value and partner engagement.

Support day-to-day operations of aerospace and dual-use accelerator programs: coordinate workshops and events, provide startup support, maintain program documentation and metrics, manage registrations and event logistics, assist community-building and social media activities.

Lead Plug and Play's Lake Nona accelerator by building corporate partner pipelines, driving P&L and revenue, managing the local team and program operations, coordinating events and reporting, fostering partner relationships, representing the organization in the local ecosystem, and occasionally traveling to other locations.

Conduct market and technical research on Enterprise and AI startups, build investment theses and market maps, track venture activity, gather enterprise-driven insights, support diligence and dealflow, and produce written reports to inform venture strategy and corporate partnerships.
