Conduct market and technical research on Enterprise and AI startups, build investment theses and market maps, track venture activity, gather enterprise-driven insights, support diligence and dealflow, and produce written reports to inform venture strategy and corporate partnerships.

Lead design and execution of a LifeTech accelerator in Indianapolis: develop curriculum, manage day-to-day operations, recruit and support life sciences startups, engage corporate partners and local ecosystem, recruit mentors, track program metrics, and report outcomes to leadership.

Manage small-to-medium events from concept to completion including budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, production schedules, and exhibitor coordination. Coordinate sessions between startups, mentors, corporate partners, government officials, defense corporations, and foreign embassies. Grow and manage local startup and investor communities while organizing programming timelines and ensuring alignment with brand and client goals.

Support the full innovation lifecycle: research market trends and source startups in EMEA, assist evaluation of partnership/investment opportunities, coordinate deal flow and corporate engagements, organize workshops and meetings, maintain ecosystem relationships, and provide administrative and CRM support to vertical leads.

Lead and coordinate startup accelerator and industry programs, manage logistics and events, support startups with mentorship and resources, maintain program databases and reports, and drive community and marketing efforts to increase program value and partner engagement.

Lead Plug and Play's Lake Nona accelerator by building corporate partner pipelines, driving P&L and revenue, managing the local team and program operations, coordinating events and reporting, fostering partner relationships, representing the organization in the local ecosystem, and occasionally traveling to other locations.

Execute Plug and Play's innovation programs: scout and evaluate startups, perform market and trend analysis, support regional investments and due diligence, manage client matchmaking and event logistics, and mentor junior team members to drive measurable outcomes.

Support business development efforts focused on the Israeli startup ecosystem by scouting startups, building relationships with founders and investors, sourcing and evaluating deal flow, creating market analyses and presentation materials, supporting outreach and introductions to corporate partners, and helping plan and run innovation programs and events while leveraging AI tools to improve research and operations.

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads, maintain CRM data, research target accounts, follow sales strategies, achieve monthly qualified-opportunity quotas, and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.

Manage and grow corporate partnership pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and tracking leads; research prospects; create presentations and proposals; support business development and sales initiatives; maintain industry knowledge and contact data; collaborate with global sales teams to drive revenue and improve sales tactics.
