Support planning and execution of programs, events, and community engagement for startups and corporate partners; assist with business development, startup sourcing, outreach, reporting, and maintaining program operations.

Manage ELEVATE cohorts, workshops, pilots, and participant relationships while sourcing startups, coordinating pilots, and supporting fundraising through grants and sponsorships. Track impact, prepare reports, and handle event logistics and partner engagement to grow SMB innovation programs.

Support the innovation lifecycle by sourcing and evaluating startups, coordinating deal flow with corporate partners, managing outreach and relationships across the ecosystem, and providing operational and administrative support including CRM data management and event logistics.
