Support the full innovation lifecycle: research and source startups, assist evaluation of investment/partnership opportunities, manage accelerator program activities, build relationships across the innovation ecosystem, and provide operational and administrative support (scheduling, CRM data management, event coordination).

Lead delivery and continuous improvement of accelerator programmes and Venture Clienting. Manage PMO activities, track deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction, coordinate events and communications, build ecosystem relationships, and support startups-corporate matchmaking while driving programme metrics and quality.

Evaluate early-stage Enterprise AI startups through technical and market diligence, develop investment theses, engage corporate partners to validate needs, run architecture and scalability reviews, produce research and memos, and support sourcing, introductions, and thought leadership.
