Supports startup sourcing, Korean and APAC market research, ecosystem relationship management, CRM tracking, event coordination, and corporate partnership deal flow. The intern helps identify and evaluate startups, coordinate workshops and introductory meetings, translate corporate needs into startup opportunities, and assist with innovation program execution and administrative tasks.

Define and execute partner success strategy, improve the partner lifecycle, establish performance metrics, automate dashboards, and lead a global partner success team. Drive cross-functional alignment, team development, business development, and proposal and RFP creation for Korean government and corporate innovation programs.

Drive sales and business development for Plug and Play’s Health & Life Sciences platform. Identify, research, engage, and secure corporate partners; develop proposals and presentations; close membership contracts; maintain partner relationships; represent the organization at industry events; monitor healthcare and life sciences trends; and provide accurate CRM pipeline reporting and forecasts.
