Manage strategic relationships with corporate partners, drive adoption, renewals, and revenue opportunities, and connect partners with startups and innovation resources. Advise on innovation strategy, pilot projects, workshops, and emerging technologies. Support issue resolution, reporting, and ecosystem development while helping build Plug and Play’s new Linz office through relationships with universities, investors, corporations, and public institutions.

Source and evaluate pre-seed through Series A startups in Physical and Industrial AI, support investment deals, conduct market and technology research, and advise corporate partners on emerging solutions. Build relationships with founders, investors, universities, and regional institutions; mentor startups; support events; and help establish Plug and Play’s new Linz office and venture ecosystem.

Manages Seattle accelerator programs for Enterprise AI and Healthcare startups, coordinating stakeholders, startup relationships, mentors, investors, events, workshops, budgets, travel, marketing materials, newsletters, and community engagement. Leads program execution from intake through evaluation, prepares startup reports, supports corporate business development and deal flow, and strengthens Plug and Play’s local technology ecosystem.
