Manage complex client-facing projects from initiation through completion, tracking KPIs, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate events and resources, resolve client issues, and identify business development, licensing, investment, and startup opportunities. Source and screen startups, prepare project documentation and market reports, advise clients on industry trends, and support commercial activities. The role focuses on video games, gamification, digital assets, web3, and related areas.

Execute Plug and Play's innovation programs: scout and evaluate startups, perform market and trend analysis, support regional investments and due diligence, manage client matchmaking and event logistics, and mentor junior team members to drive measurable outcomes.

Supports community events, startup ecosystem engagement, corporate partnership development, and venture research in San Jose. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing stakeholder relationships, researching companies and market opportunities, assisting with outreach and presentations, maintaining business development records, sourcing startups, and tracking ecosystem activity. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and proactive execution across multiple priorities.
