Processes and monitors customer orders from receipt through delivery, coordinates with customers, suppliers, dispatch, and production, and manages back-orders and stock records. The role places supplier orders, receives stock, completes goods received vouchers, resolves order and delivery queries, maintains accurate records, and provides weekly updates. It also supports production progress monitoring and requires strong customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and deadline-management skills.

Prepare, revise, and coordinate accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for construction and development projects. Interpret engineering specifications, blueprints, and technical documents; ensure compliance with standards; coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers; review drawing accuracy; assist with site surveys; maintain revisions and documentation; and provide technical support during project meetings.

Designs, develops, and delivers classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs. Conducts training needs analyses, creates learning materials, facilitates workshops, supports change adoption during system and process rollouts, and administers LMS reporting and learner tracking. The role also improves learning content and delivery methods while engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders.
