Learning & Development Specialist
Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while supporting learning adoption within a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D professional with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning experience.
- Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business and project requirements
- Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning content
- Create learner guides, training material, and quick reference tools
- Facilitate training sessions and ongoing refresher workshops

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development
- Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Canva, Scribe, and LMS platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
- ETDP Facilitator Accreditation
- Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci
- Instructional Design

Skills Required
