Teach robotics and technical curriculum to children aged 7–16; deliver one-on-one online classes, oversee hands-on activities, grade assignments, communicate progress with parents, and support students through assessments.

Teach and mentor students (ages 8-16) in online robotics and STEM classes covering Arduino, IoT, sensors, electronics, automation, basic AI, and coding; guide projects and competition preparation; troubleshoot technical issues and create interactive hands-on virtual lessons.

Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls and other channels, build client relationships, maintain CRM records, schedule demos, and meet lead-generation and conversion targets while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline, follow up leads, develop client relationships, meet sales targets, understand products, ensure customer satisfaction. Work from office on night/US shift.

Support talent acquisition by sourcing candidates from job portals and social media, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting initial interviews, maintaining ATS records, assisting onboarding, and supporting volume hiring and employer branding activities.
