Provides onsite Tier 1 IT service desk support for DTRA personnel across classified and unclassified systems. Responsibilities include ticket triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, ITSM and ITIL compliance, outage communication, ticket documentation, knowledge base development, and new employee technology setup. The role supports hardware, VDI, phones, printers, applications, accounts, network connectivity, and escalation procedures while meeting service-level commitments.

Provide Tier 2 IT service desk support for classified and unclassified systems, troubleshooting endpoints, VDI, SIPR thin clients, printers, connectivity, accounts, and applications. Support desktop and infrastructure deployments, onboarding, equipment setup, and network validation. Document technical fixes, maintain deployment dashboards, follow ITSM, ITIL, and security protocols, communicate service issues, and mentor peer technicians.

Designs, deploys, and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, automation, cloud migration, Tier 3 troubleshooting, CI/CD, identity and access management, security compliance, monitoring, cost optimization, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role supports enterprise hybrid-cloud environments and Federal/DoD mission requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, containerized software and microservices that integrate ontologies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources to support Object-Based Intelligence. Build APIs, implement Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL), support CI/CD and DevSecOps, optimize performance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale data architectures, pipelines, and integration frameworks supporting ontologies, knowledge graphs, and Semantic Web technologies. Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data, enable cloud/containerized deployments, ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and support AI/ML initiatives. Provide technical leadership, documentation, automated monitoring, and mentorship to Government stakeholders and project teams.

Design, build, test, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise software and APIs that integrate with ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantic databases, and enterprise data platforms. Implement Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL), containerized cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineers and government stakeholders to support Object-Based Intelligence mission requirements. Mentor junior developers and support AI/ML data access services.
