Provides onsite Tier 1 IT service desk support for DTRA personnel across classified and unclassified systems. Responsibilities include ticket triage, troubleshooting, incident resolution, ITSM and ITIL compliance, outage communication, ticket documentation, knowledge base development, and new employee technology setup. The role supports hardware, VDI, phones, printers, applications, accounts, network connectivity, and escalation procedures while meeting service-level commitments.

Designs, deploys, and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, automation, cloud migration, Tier 3 troubleshooting, CI/CD, identity and access management, security compliance, monitoring, cost optimization, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role supports enterprise hybrid-cloud environments and Federal/DoD mission requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, containerized software and microservices that integrate ontologies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources to support Object-Based Intelligence. Build APIs, implement Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL), support CI/CD and DevSecOps, optimize performance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
