Lead and oversee data operations and digital project delivery for SOF customers onsite at MacDill AFB. Act as primary liaison between customers and technical teams, manage intake/prioritization, translate requirements into work packages, monitor schedules/risks, support Agile planning and process improvements, and produce executive-level reporting and governance for service delivery.

Lead technical direction and delivery of data science and analytics initiatives. Mentor analysts, develop methodologies, ensure data quality and governance, translate customer requirements into actionable products, coordinate across stakeholders, evaluate emerging technologies, produce executive briefings, and manage roadmaps, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Lead UEBA and SOAR implementation for Zero Trust, integrate visibility/analytics with automation, provide Tier 3/4 Splunk engineering and RMF/ATO support, create/manage RMF artifacts, interpret DISA STIGs, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve cybersecurity processes.
