Designs, deploys, and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, including IaC, automation, CI/CD pipelines, networking, identity, migrations, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoots complex Tier 3 issues, supports compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks, monitors performance and costs, documents procedures, and mentors junior personnel. The role collaborates across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and architecture teams to deliver resilient, scalable enterprise cloud solutions.

Lead delivery of enterprise privacy information management and integrations (e-discovery, CasePoint, GRC, ServiceNow). Design privacy workflows (PIAs, SORNs, PII inventory), embed NIST 800-53/RMF controls, manage cloud and modernization efforts, coordinate SMEs, develop metrics/dashboards, support audits, and brief senior DoD stakeholders to ensure privacy-by-design and compliance across systems.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, containerized software and microservices that integrate ontologies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources to support Object-Based Intelligence. Build APIs, implement Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL), support CI/CD and DevSecOps, optimize performance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
