Owns communications with a strategic enterprise partner, translating requests and post-incident follow-ups into technical initiatives for SRE, Security, and Product teams. Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and commitments; maintains Jira or Linear issue tracking; facilitates stakeholder meetings; protects engineering focus time; and improves pragmatic project-management workflows. The role requires technical literacy in cloud infrastructure, web hosting, Linux, and containers, plus strong stakeholder communication and execution skills.

Lead and scale the go-to-market for Upsun Dispatch by owning the full sales cycle, selling to engineering teams, validating market fit, coaching a small sales team, collaborating with Product/Engineering/Marketing/Customer Success, delivering demos with a Solutions Architect, managing forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce, and traveling regionally (~25-30%).

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the launch of a new AI-native platform, manage design partnerships, and drive product evolution through technical expertise and customer feedback.

Lead product strategy and execution across a multi-product cloud platform portfolio. Build and steward portfolio roadmaps, align product with engineering and revenue teams, scale a global product org, and drive adoption, retention, and ARR growth for Upsun Cloud, Blackfire, and Dispatch.

Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline and reduce churn through proactive outreach, health scoring, retention workflows, and negotiation. Build scalable lifecycle and automation processes in Salesforce, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and GTM teams to execute save strategies and improve retention.

Provide pragmatic legal counsel to Product, Engineering, and Sales. Embed compliance into product lifecycle, negotiate infrastructure and marketplace contracts, govern AI/ML features, integrate data privacy and security, and update customer-facing terms to support enterprise growth.

Design and build production data models and metrics using DBT and cloud data platforms. Drive metric ownership, cross-functional analytics, and scalable data products. Lead technical projects, improve data architecture and processes, and advise teams on analytics, FinOps, and AI-assisted workflows to enable data-driven decisions across the company.
