As a Senior People Business Partner, you will advise leadership on embedding values, manage people initiatives, and enhance team dynamics while navigating complexities of remote work.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the launch of a new AI-native platform, manage design partnerships, and drive product evolution through technical expertise and customer feedback.

Lead product strategy and execution across a multi-product cloud platform portfolio. Build and steward portfolio roadmaps, align product with engineering and revenue teams, scale a global product org, and drive adoption, retention, and ARR growth for Upsun Cloud, Blackfire, and Dispatch.

Coordinate and support external and internal audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA), manage risk assessments, third-party risk reviews, evidence collection, control monitoring, remediation tracking, and compliance documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to respond to customer security questions, improve processes, and report audit status and risks to leadership.

Provide pragmatic legal counsel to Product, Engineering, and Sales. Embed compliance into product lifecycle, negotiate infrastructure and marketplace contracts, govern AI/ML features, integrate data privacy and security, and update customer-facing terms to support enterprise growth.

Drive new customer growth across Benelux and the Nordics by owning the full sales cycle for Upsun's cloud application platform. Prospect, demo, negotiate, forecast, and close deals, collaborate with solutions engineering and customer success, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and travel regionally (~25-30%).
