Own the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for a major Upsun Cloud platform area. Define customer problems and scalable technical solutions, collaborate with infrastructure engineering, ship iteratively, establish success metrics, and advocate for developers and AI agents. Partner across design, marketing, support, sales, and leadership to align delivery and go-to-market efforts. The role requires strong cloud infrastructure, developer platform, API, CI/CD, container, AI, and agentic development understanding.

Lead a regional team of up to 15 Support Engineers across the Americas. Oversee support operations, workforce planning, service-level performance, escalations, critical incidents, and post-incident reviews. Drive AI and automation adoption to improve support efficiency, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and talent development initiatives.

Own and administer Upsun’s BillingPlatform environment and Quote-to-Cash infrastructure. Configure catalogs, pricing, usage-rating rules, invoices, integrations, and revenue schedules. Use SQL to validate billing data, audit rating, troubleshoot bill runs, and resolve synchronization issues. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Sales Operations, and Product on pricing launches, ASC 606 and IFRS 15 alignment, migrations, and API-driven integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and usage-data systems.
