Lead payroll operations for ~4,000 employees across multiple U.S. entities, ensuring accurate end-to-end payroll processing, tax filings, GL reconciliation, internal controls, compliance, team leadership, and payroll system optimization and implementations.

Perform daily accounts receivable tasks including posting lockbox and in-house payments, applying cash, invoicing sales orders and credit memos, tracking rebates and accruals, and preparing reports for auditors, customers, and internal users.
