Designs, develops, and maintains interactive manufacturing e-learning for production employees. Translates technical content into practical training using instructional design and adult learning principles. Partners with manufacturing subject matter experts, creates multimedia learning experiences, manages projects through LMS publication, and maintains curriculum accuracy. The role is fully on-site in Plymouth, Michigan, with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities.

Manages demand planning, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory accuracy, finished-goods storage, carrier relationships, and customer deliveries. Oversees logistics performance metrics, costs, capacity, trailer allocation, and compliance with quality, food safety, ISO, and operational procedures. Leads logistics associates through hiring, training, and discipline while coordinating with production, quality, sales, purchasing, and administration to resolve supply, delivery, and warehouse issues.

Serves as the financial business partner for a manufacturing site, leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, costing, reporting, accounting compliance, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Partners with plant leadership on performance improvement, identifies P&L impacts, maintains inventory controls, and acts as the liaison between site operations and corporate accounting.
