Leads funding, CSR, and partnership proposal development; designs impact measurement frameworks; packages impact services for market; supports go-to-market strategy; and produces donor reports, case studies, presentations, and sales collateral. Collaborates across impact, sales, marketing, and leadership teams while improving proposal processes, tracking systems, and operational standards. The role requires strong sustainability expertise, storytelling, research, budgeting, analytics, and project management skills.

Source and procure plastic waste by researching markets, developing supplier networks, negotiating agreements, coordinating logistics, monitoring quality, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, analyzing pricing trends, and preparing procurement reports. The role also supports sustainable sourcing initiatives and resolves supplier or procurement issues.

Supports marketing strategy execution, campaign data collection, digital promotions, social media and email marketing, event planning, competitor research, and content evaluation. The role assists the Senior Marketing Associate and requires foundational digital marketing knowledge, social media familiarity, and an interest in content creation and sustainability concepts.

Develop and execute sales strategies for virgin and recycled PP and PE materials. Acquire customers, build domestic and export pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and manage strategic relationships. Coordinate sourcing, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment to align supply with demand. Monitor sales, margins, receivables, pricing, and profitability while expanding markets, customer segments, and long-term offtake partnerships in the circular plastics industry.

Sources and onboards scrap suppliers, manages plastic material supply and logistics, and maintains supplier relationships. Monitors facility production, quality, yields, vehicle operations, traceability, EHS, and compliance. Leads WFTO and OBP certification readiness, social-impact programs, e-tricycle deployment, audits, reporting, maintenance, and cost optimization while coordinating with operations, finance, quality, and impact teams.

Manage livelihood and income-generation projects for vulnerable communities, including implementation planning, budgeting, enterprise development, market linkages, entrepreneurship training, stakeholder coordination, mentorship, monitoring, reporting, and MIS analysis. The role develops knowledge products, training materials, policies, and SOPs while ensuring project quality, timely delivery, financial documentation, and continuous improvement. Frequent travel across India is required.
