Support the finance team with bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable processing, bank and reconciliation tasks, GST and TDS compliance documentation, audit preparation, financial record organization, and accounting system administration. The intern will also help improve finance documentation and filing processes while gaining practical exposure to accounting operations, reporting, taxation, and audits.

Manage livelihood and income-generation projects for vulnerable communities, including implementation planning, budgeting, enterprise development, market linkages, entrepreneurship training, stakeholder coordination, mentorship, monitoring, reporting, and MIS analysis. Frequent travel across India is required.

Owns social media and brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Threads; manages content calendars, audience growth, engagement, PR outreach, and earned media. Leads sub-brand go-to-market channels, B2B lead-generation campaigns, events, influencer collaborations, sponsorships, newsletters, and performance reporting. Partners with sales teams and uses CRM dashboards to improve conversion. Requires marketing experience and strong writing skills, with industry familiarity in sustainability, textiles, or manufacturing.

Conduct market research and develop strategies for sourcing and selling recycled plastics. Lead negotiations with aggregators, balers, recyclers, and suppliers; achieve procurement and sales targets; manage collections, payables, fulfillment, compliance, supplier onboarding, and stakeholder partnerships. Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and technology teams to improve marketplace processes and service delivery.

Leads accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and grant reporting. Manages liquidity, working capital, internal controls, finance systems, process automation, and the finance team. Partners with HR, Operations, and Procurement to support strategic decision-making, improve financial processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Develops and manages clients for EPR compliance solutions and recycled plastic product sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, contract negotiation, client onboarding, market research, sales reporting, CRM pipeline management, and coordination with operations, logistics, sustainability, and finance teams.
