Supports community development programs for waste collectors and scrap shops, including social and financial inclusion, health, education, supplies distribution, stakeholder coordination, field-worker supervision, KPI tracking, reporting, budgeting, and monitoring. The role requires frequent travel across India and collaboration with government agencies, partners, and local stakeholders.

Leads social-sector project implementation, field monitoring, operational planning, stakeholder partnerships, government advocacy, team supervision, capacity building, documentation, monitoring, and donor reporting. Builds community ownership and project sustainability while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Requires frequent travel across India and supports data management, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.

Assist with social media content calendars, thought leadership research, content performance reporting, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, CRM maintenance, marketing campaigns, PR research, blog publishing, content repurposing, newsletters, case studies, and marketing collateral.
