Supervise plastic scrap production, monitor workflows, equipment, manpower, inventory, quality, and dispatches. Maintain production and inventory reports, implement lean manufacturing and continual process improvements, ensure safe and compliant operations, resolve personnel issues, and coordinate with logistics. The role requires frequent travel across company sites and adherence to policies, SOPs, confidentiality, and safety procedures.

Supports community development programs for waste collectors and scrap shops, including social and financial inclusion, health, education, supplies distribution, stakeholder coordination, field-worker supervision, KPI tracking, reporting, budgeting, and monitoring. The role requires frequent travel across India and collaboration with government agencies, partners, and local stakeholders.

Leads social-sector project implementation, field monitoring, operational planning, stakeholder partnerships, government advocacy, team supervision, capacity building, documentation, monitoring, and donor reporting. Builds community ownership and project sustainability while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Requires frequent travel across India and supports data management, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.
