Leads process development and production technology projects for tungsten powder recycling and manufacturing. The role improves manufacturing efficiency, energy efficiency, product quality, and competitiveness while coordinating with R&D, internal teams, universities, research institutes, and laboratories. Extensive customer travel is required for visits, trials, and technical support.

Drive technical sales and business development for cutting tools and metalworking solutions. Manage key customer relationships, sales forecasts, strategic account plans, negotiations, contracts, and order coordination. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, trials, troubleshooting, seminars, and customer training. Recommend tooling solutions based on machining challenges, CNC processes, cutting parameters, tool selection, cycle-time optimization, and productivity goals.

Plan and coordinate production of solid carbide, indexable, and specialty cutting tools. Optimize CNC grinding, edge preparation, coating, inspection, packaging, machine utilization, cycle times, productivity, and OEE. Ensure production schedules, quality, delivery, cost, safety, and environmental targets are met. Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance, planning, and supply chain teams; support new product introduction, process validation, production standards, and continuous improvement.

Leads the design and development of CNC cutting tools from concept through launch, including tool geometry optimization, feasibility studies, technical documentation, customer trials, and manufacturability reviews. Manages and mentors the Design team, collaborates with production, quality, sales, and application engineering, drives continuous improvement, and supports tooling performance and new product development.

Creates quotation, manufacturing, part, and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and UG NX. Develops CNC cutting tools, selects tool geometry and materials, and prepares manufacturing specifications. Maintains BOMs, engineering records, revisions, DAPs, and design documentation in PLM, SAP, and databases. Applies GD&T, machining principles, and manufacturing knowledge while meeting lead times, quality requirements, and project objectives.

Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, production schedules, quality, costs, safety, compliance, and performance reporting. Lead and develop unionized production staff, resolve team issues, and implement lean manufacturing and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production documentation while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to industry standards.

Provides technical support to sales and customers for cutting-tool applications, CNC machining, tooling trials, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Leads customer tooling-up projects, develops cost-saving and productivity proposals, coordinates complaint resolution, and collaborates with design, project, and production teams on tooling solutions. Delivers technical training, seminars, webinars, and presentations while supporting business conversion, customer retention, and market growth.

Develops technical sales and business opportunities for cutting tools and metalworking products. Builds key customer relationships, presents forecasts, promotes products, conducts seminars and training, supports tooling trials and troubleshooting, recommends machining solutions, negotiates orders, and coordinates contracts, payments, and order fulfillment.

Identify training needs, design and administer learning programs, manage Workday Learning content and records, measure training effectiveness, and produce learning analytics. Support leadership, compliance, technical, and behavioral development initiatives, employee engagement, wellness, recognition, diversity, inclusion, and culture-building programs. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to improve workplace culture and employee experience.

Recommends tooling solutions for machining challenges, negotiates orders and contracts, supports payment and order processes, and coordinates with internal, project, application, and support teams.

Manage the quote-to-cash process, including offers, orders, deliveries, payment follow-up, and monitoring. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, customers, and international stakeholders. Handle complex administrative processes, maintain accurate records, provide structured customer service, communicate technical information, and troubleshoot issues through email, phone, and occasional onsite visits.

Drives regional sales growth by acquiring customers, expanding existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored technical-commercial solutions. Develops regional action plans, manages the sales pipeline, monitors competitors and market trends, represents the company at trade shows, and coordinates customer projects with internal teams. Requires strong customer relationship skills, international industrial business development experience, fluency in French and English, and frequent travel.

Leads plant engineering, automation, drafting, electronics, construction services, maintenance, facilities, and HVAC functions. Oversees engineering support for production, capital projects, site planning, infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and technical equipment support. Manage production scheduling, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery.
