Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and electronic channels; manage orders from entry through fulfillment; resolve order, delivery, return, shortage, and quality issues; coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Engineering and Finance; maintain records in SAP and Dynamics; support continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.

Lead and scale the global Supply Chain Engineering organization, manage international design and technical support teams, drive standardization and continuous improvement of CAD/CAM/PLM tools, champion digitalization and automation, and establish global knowledge management and engineering standards.

Lead the global CAM strategy, drive digital manufacturing excellence, and enable global collaboration while managing CAM resources and training staff.
