Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and electronic channels; manage orders from entry through fulfillment; resolve order, delivery, return, shortage, and quality issues; coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Engineering and Finance; maintain records in SAP and Dynamics; support continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.

Field-based role providing technical advice and application sales support for cutting tools; build customer relationships through site visits, demonstrations and cutting trials; collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers and Key Account Managers to grow accounts, optimise processes, and manage tool service machines at customer sites.

Prepare and issue process instructions, submit and track department samples, record results, monitor first-pass yield, on-time delivery, and inventory in SAP. Support production, planning, engineering, and customers to meet quality and capacity goals.
