Lead and continuously develop Plansee’s global Operations Development platform. Partner with production, supply chain, quality, and senior management to strengthen operational excellence, facilitate global meetings and training, foster cross-cultural collaboration, and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives from conception through measurable implementation.

Supports accounting and financial control activities for a manufacturing entity, including asset management, product costing, inventory valuation, planning, reporting, documentation, month-end close, special projects, and external audits. The role assists with capitalization, physical asset tracking, inventory reviews, financial planning, monthly standards, and process documentation. Manufacturing accounting experience and SAP or ERP knowledge are preferred.

Manage production scheduling, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with sales, QA, customs, and freight forwarders; hire and train warehouse staff; implement logistics strategies and optimization projects; and support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
