Manage front-desk sales operations at a Honda dealership: greet customers, handle calls and paperwork, coordinate vehicle deliveries and financing, track inventory and sales, support sales team collaboration, and ensure excellent customer experience and process compliance.

Provide administrative and operational support across sales, finance, service, accounting, and HR. Manage deal paperwork, filing, data entry, lender submissions, title work, basic accounting and payroll assistance, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and customer service to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Manage dealership finance and insurance process: help customers obtain financing, prepare documentation, sell extended service contracts and protection products, work with lenders in compliance with laws, coordinate with sales team, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Sell new vehicles, build customer relationships, conduct test drives, close deals on commission, learn product features, follow proven sales training, and pursue advancement within the dealership.

Welcome and assist customers to find and demo vehicles, guide them through paperwork, maintain lot presentation and merchandising, report issues to management, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral sales. Maintain professional appearance, work Saturdays, and complete dealership training and development.
