Sell Honda vehicles by greeting customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating vehicle features, completing sales paperwork, maintaining accurate lot merchandising, and reporting vehicle issues. The role emphasizes customer relationships, repeat and referral business, product training, reliability, teamwork, and Saturday availability. No automotive experience is required.

Provide administrative and operational support across sales, finance, service, accounting, and HR. Manage deal paperwork, filing, data entry, lender submissions, title work, basic accounting and payroll assistance, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and customer service to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Manage dealership finance and insurance process: help customers obtain financing, prepare documentation, sell extended service contracts and protection products, work with lenders in compliance with laws, coordinate with sales team, and maintain customer satisfaction.
