Prepares and reviews permits, compliance reports, emissions calculations, Title V certifications, greenhouse-gas reports, and regulatory analyses. Supports capital projects, audits, acquisitions, regulatory agency discussions, and compliance strategy while advising HSE, operations, engineering, commercial, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Executes HCA, fitness-for-service, fatigue, and EFRD analyses; reviews NDE/NDT results; develops repair recommendations; supports integrity projects, audits, construction reviews, and regulatory interactions.
