Teams at Plains All American Pipeline

Maintains, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and develops pipeline controls and automation systems. Programs HMIs and PLCs, configures SCADA communications and network equipment, supports field commissioning, analyzes protocols, documents system changes, and coordinates repairs. The role requires instrumentation and PLC programming experience, electrical and communications expertise, and the ability to interpret schematics and P&IDs.

Supports government and public affairs initiatives by monitoring legislation and regulations, preparing policy and briefing materials, engaging stakeholders, organizing advocacy events, documenting governmental meetings, and assisting with communications and PAC activities. The intern will also help redesign internal tools using Power BI and SharePoint, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and collaborate across departments during a three-month Houston-based work term.

Provides administrative, financial, communications, and project coordination support to the HSE department. Responsibilities include processing and coding invoices in Oracle, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, managing vendors and logistics, supporting HSE leadership, resolving invoice discrepancies, and improving administrative workflows.
