Provide corporate governance and commercial legal support for a fast-growing multinational SaaS company: manage filings and tax-related submissions, draft and negotiate SaaS/subscription and intercompany agreements, support international incorporations and board resolutions, advise on data privacy and OECD guidance, and assist with fundraising (Series A, venture debt, convertible notes).

The Ad-Tech SaaS Sales Director will pursue new business growth, manage partnerships, and lead sales in the ad-tech industry, focusing on compliance and fraud prevention.

Provide corporate governance and legal support for a multinational SaaS company: advise on regulatory applicability, draft and negotiate subscription and data licensing agreements, manage intercompany and board documents, coordinate international incorporations and statutory filings (tax, VAT, R&D credits), support fundraising (Series A, venture debt, convertible notes), and ensure data privacy/compliance across jurisdictions.

Lead and deliver complex technical programs across development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams. Create roadmaps, manage resources, track progress, mitigate risks, and align stakeholders. Facilitate distributed team coordination, remove blockers, and drive process improvements to ensure timely delivery against business objectives.

Drive full sales cycle for Pixalate's ad-tech solutions, owning quota, prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. Develop deep ad-tech expertise, act as trusted advisor to clients, pursue strategic partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value and support go-to-market efforts.
