Supports secondary capital advisory transactions for private equity sponsors and institutional investors. Summer 2027 undergraduate internship supporting Piper Sandler’s Public Finance division. Responsibilities include creating Excel spreadsheets, building information sources, assisting with team projects and assignments, and compiling pitchbooks. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Supports reliability and operations for hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Monitors production systems, responds to incidents, maintains compute, storage, networking, middleware, and identity services, and contributes to Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, GitOps, CI/CD, cloud security, observability, documentation, and post-incident reviews. Participates in on-call rotations and helps improve platform performance, resilience, and consistency.

Installs, configures, diagnoses, repairs, and upgrades equipment; troubleshoots Microsoft Teams, Cisco phones, and related technologies; coordinates incident and outage resolution with vendors and internal teams; documents technical solutions; and participates in after-hours support.

Leads a team responsible for SEC and broker-dealer financial reporting, month-end close, consolidation, accounting systems administration, and data integrity. Oversees Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, XBRL, financial statements, auditor relationships, reconciliations, and accounting standards implementation. Manages Infor Lawson and Oracle Essbase support, contributes to a future ERP implementation, drives process improvements, and partners with Investor Relations, FP&A, Internal Audit, and Accounting Policy.

Manage CRM administration, user access, account records, data quality, system integrations, and team operations for the equities business. Support reporting, dashboards, platform issue resolution, compliance documentation, account meeting logistics, broker vote reconciliation, marketing materials, organizational charts, and website content. Coordinate with Research, Sales, Trading, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Technology stakeholders while handling high-volume recurring processes and identifying workflow and data-quality improvements.
