The internship requires strong analytical, communication, research, problem-solving, and financial-market skills. Tableau knowledge is helpful but not required.

Summer 2027 public finance internship supporting underwriting and financial advisory teams. Responsibilities include creating Excel spreadsheets, building information sources, assisting with projects and assignments, and compiling pitchbooks. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The opportunity is open to undergraduates graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028.

Provides legal advice and support to investment banking and capital markets businesses on corporate, securities, and M&A matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, monitoring regulatory developments, participating in firm committees, managing outside counsel and legal expenses, and assisting with special projects and ancillary litigation.
